Arini nak share story yang berlaku jumaat baru ni. Alkisahnya nak amik vaksin hepatis b yang last (ke 3). Suppose appointment on 28/10 tp klinik tu tak ada stok la pulak. Try call 2x pun still tak ada stok. So try la call klinik yang selalu pergi jugak pun tak ada stok. Last choice call la klinik yang servis paling lembab dari registration, jumpa doktor and amik ubat. Kol kol ada pulak la stok hepatits b yang ku dambakan. So jumaat dat day monteng la kejap (kuar awal) tp insyaAllah time tu akan ku ganti.. Kuar dalam 3.30pm sebab dah budget masa yang nak kena spent kat klinik tu. Doc ni memang terkenal sebab memang admitla she's a good and very caring Dr. So as expected registration pun almost 10minutes walaupun dah ada record kat klinik tu. Masa tu ada 2 patients kat luar so memang budget la paling awal 30minit la menunggu. Hmmmmm after about 45minutes baru la namaku dipanggil.
Doc: (Sambil tgk my record). What happen to you? Last time you came in 2010.
Me: I'm ok. I didn't come because i'm healthy i guess.(sambil tu pembantu kat situ dah pasangkan alat utk check bp). I just wanna take my last dosage of hepatitis b because the clinic that i've take it doesn't have that right now. Suppose i take it on 28/10.
Doc: (Sambil picit2) Wow ur bp quite high. Do u have high bp?
Me: So far no Doc.
Doc: Ok. I want you to lie down and take your bp again.
(That time my hp ada sms masuk)
Doc: Do you want to answer that?
Me: It's ok doc. Later. (sambil baring). Last2 aku tak tgk hp, dia pulak yang bergayut kat hp. No wonder la dia tanya aku nak jwb call or not. Kelas betul Dr Maria kesayangan ramai ni. So aku pun baring la sambil baca sms. Ada la dlm 5 minit jugak tunggu dia bercakap di telefon. Sabor jer ler. Last time datang pun kena macam ni jugak tapi lagi lama.....Hmmmm no wonder la kita tggu luar lama, beside concern dia yang berlebihan tu la.
Doc: Ok just relax. I'm taking your bp again. Hmmmm it was 140/90. It's a bit high. How old r u?
Me: I'm 44 doc.
Doc: But you look younger. I thought u're 35.
Me: (Dalam hati.....) Nak bodek aku ke apa doc ni sambil happy walaupun perasan....;-)
Doc. (Doc start advice). We woman ar have to look at our health you know. Especially when we reach 40's because our estrogen level is going down you know. We can easily got heart attack if we r not looking at our health. I advice you to have regular exercise and to watch what you eat.
Me: Ok doc (sambil risau.....huhuhu).
Doc. Now i will give u hepatitis b. I'll give u 10cc thats y need to inject at your butt not at ur arm.
(Dah sudah sessi cucuk, duduk balik kat kerusi). Last time ar your bp is good. You better watch ur diet & exercise ok. If not nanti i'll give u ubat darah tinggi.
Me: Ok Doc . Thanks Doc. (Oh nooooo aku paling tak suka makan2 ubat ni sbb to me all ubat are drugs and kalau boleh memang nak avoid. Dalam hati berkata....hmmmm nak kena rajin puasa balik) Actually memang dah lama tggal puasa sunat. Normally kalau rajin puasa from Isnin-Jumaat but now kemalasan yang menimpa......
Musykil jugak bila Dr kata bp tinggi tapi bila fikir may be jugak sebab lately memang stress menyiapakn recon. Mata tak henti tengok figure....sampaikan mouse pun dah jam. Actually kat rumah memang ada alat untuk check bp ni. So far macam ok jerk....Now dok terfikir adakah alat Omron ku itu tidak accurate. It's ok next time nak jumpa Dr Maria plan nak bawak and nak tanya her opinion.
